Construcciones Benimarco started out in 1977 as a small group of professionals specialising in the construction of residential properties on the Costa Blanca. One of Construcciones Benimarco´s founding objectives was to meet all its clients´ needs by providing comprehensive turnkey project services. Site location, project design, construction, license processing, and water, electricity and telephone contract management. We also provide advice on the purchase of fixture and furnishings. Over the years Construcciones Benimarco has gradually expanded both its personnel and its activities.

The company has now become a group which operates under the trade name of Benimarco Investments. However, it remains faithful to its core activity of land and property development, and the construction of residential tourist complexes, in line with its three main principles of Design, Quality and Profitability in all its projects. The experience acquired by Benimarco Investments in the real estate sector has become widely recognised, and it now provides its services to real estate companies and investors who want to enter the real estate market on the Costa Blanca, and throughout Spain. We can offer our years of know-how and experience, which have led us to become the leader of the luxury property construction sector, and which help us endow each project with its own personality in keeping with our principles.
